Somtam Je Raw Thai Papaya Salad

Ingredients:
- Raw Papaya – 100 grams
- Long Beans – 10 grams
- 5 to 7 – Cherry Tomatoes
- Carrots – 10 grams
- Fresh Thai Red Chilli – 2 grams
- Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves
- Palm Sugar – 10 grams
- Light Soy Sauce – 10 ml
- Lime Juice – 10 ml
- Peanuts – 30 grams Salt to taste
Method:
- . Peel and seed the raw papaya. Shred the papaya and place it in a bowl.
- Take a motor pestle and crush the garlic with a pestle, add long beans and tomatoes and pound a few times to release the juices.
- Add the chillies and crush lightly to release the heat followed with some palm sugar and light soy sauce.
- Mix all the ingredients together and toss it well.
- Serve in a shallow bowl.
- Top it up with crushed peanuts for some crunchiness and texture.
