Zucchini Apricot Wrap

Ingredients:
Apricot dried : 10 number soaked in orange juice about 1 hour
Zucchini : 10 slice cut wafer thin length wise
Orange juice : 50 ml
Cinnamon powder : 1 gm
Honey : 50 gm
Lemon juice : 10 ml
Salt : 2 ml
Basil pista :
Pista : 50gms
Cashew cheese : 30 gm
Basil chopped : 06 gm
Lemon juice : 5 ML
Salt : 10 gm
Method:
- Blend all basil dips ingredients and pulse and coarsely grind and keep
- Take out the figs from orange juice and reserve the juice for sauce
- Fill the basil pista in to apricots pocket and keep
- Rinse the zucchini slices with lemon and salt and rolled with stuffed figs and arrange on a
plate - Combine the reserved orange juice with honey and cinnamon powder and mix well
Pour the orange dressing on top of zucchini wrap and serve
