Black Sesame Hummus

Black Garbanzo beans, boiled- 5 cups
● Organic Olive Oil- 2 cups
● Tahini- 1/2 cup
● Black Sesame seeds- 1 cup
● Garlic- 3 tsp
● Lemon Juice- 3 tbsp
● Water- 1 cup
● Salt- to taste
● Paprika or sesame seeds for garnish
Method:
1. Put all ingredients except Tahini in a blender with 1 cup oil. Once it’s all a big lump add in tahini and remaining 1 cup oil and pulse till it reaches the right texture.
2. Garnish and serve with Gluten free crackers for an ultimately healthy treat
