Basil Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:
Basil seed : 30 gm
Water : 200 ml
Coconut milk : 250 ml
Honey : 30 gm
Vanilla bean powder : 1 gm
Mix fruits cuts : 250 gm
Almond chopped : 20 gm
Method:
- Soak 20 Gm Basil seeds in 100 ml water for 1 hour
- Add coconut milk, vanilla powder and honey in to soaked basil seeds and mix well
- Place the chopped fruits in a serving bowl and pour the basil seed mix on top
- Garnish with chopped almonds and beetroot froth.
Note : For beetroot froth – A small piece of beetroot blend with water in a juice jar will get the froth
on top
