This natural abode is a rich biosphere of flora and fauna native to the region. Participants engage in short modules and curated sessions with a combination of yoga, meditation, animal assisted therapies, Ayurveda/ Naturopathy treatments and holistic mindfulness capsules throughout the course of the program. The premises include a world-class horse ranch offering horse riding and equestrian activities; and a bird sanctuary for indigenous birds and acts as a hub for migratory birds. Daily activities include sunrise yoga or fitness workout sessions, on-ground learning workshops, restorative therapies and mindfulness/ meditative sittings to deliver the complete rejuvenation experiences. Daily sustenance comes from farm styled ingredients handpicked from the organic farms, prepared in gastronomic styled approach, in consultation with the resident’s nutritionist to keep the guest energized and satisfied during your stay.
