Pea Pesto Tapenade

Ingredients:
Fresh green peas 200 gm
Green capsicum 50 gm
Cashew cheese 50 gm
Garlic 10 gm
Lemon juice 02 gm
Coriander leaf chopped 15 gm
Pepper powder 01 gm
Salt 02 gm
Method:
- Blend the green peas, garlic and capsicum in blender into course paste.
- Add coriander leaf, cashew cheese and pulse again just two or three times into course
paste( not fine paste). - Season with lemon juice, pepper powder and salt.
- Serve on pumpkin slices.
