Ashish Prajapati, a dedicated and experienced yoga teacher with over 8 years of professional teaching experience and 15 years of personal practice. His journey in the world of yoga has been both transformative and rewarding, fueled by a passion for holistic well-being and self-discipline. He had the privilege of competing in more than 15 national championships, earning 4 gold and 2 silver medals, which have sharpened his physical skills and deepened his understanding of yoga’s power to enhance both body and mind.
Academically, he hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yoga from Svyasa University, Bangalore, one of the world’s most prestigious institutions dedicated to the study of yoga and spiritual science. Additionally, he have completed a Yoga Instructors Course from Svyasa University, Bangalore, as well as the 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Certifications from Rishikesh, India, the global hub for yoga. These qualifications have enriched his knowledge and teaching expertise. Through his work, he strive to guide individuals of all levels in unlocking their full potential, achieving balance, and cultivating inner peace through the practice of yoga.
