Oil Free Channa Patties

● Cooked chickpeas, drained- 1
● Steamed potato- 1
● Small onion (finely chopped)- 1
● Spring onion with greens,(finely chopped) chopped-1
● Coloured bell-peppers (finely chopped)- ½ cup
● Garlic clove- 1
● Green chilli, finely chopped- 1
● Garam masala- ½ tsp
● Jeera powder- ½ tsp
● Tahini-1 tbsp
● Roasted peanuts, coarsely ground- 1 tbsp
● Handful coriander leaves, chopped
● Sea salt- ½ tsp
Method:
- Boil the chickpeas.
- Heat half of the oil in a large saucepan.
- Add the onion and spring onions and saute for 5 minutes until softened and translucent.
- Add the garlic and chilli and stir for one minute. Now add in the bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chickpeas, potato, tahini, coriander, salt and water and stir together.
